Proposed discontinuance of part of Moola Court, Cheltenham

Kingston City Council (Council) gives notice under Schedule 10 (3) and Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 (the Act) of its intention to discontinue that part of Moola Court shown as Lot 1 on the plan shown below, and to retain the land for municipal purposes (the Proposal).

In accordance with section 233 and Council’s Community Engagement Policy, any person may make a written submission on the proposal. Any person proposing to make a submission must do so by 5.00pm on Monday 13 May 2024.

A person making a submission may request in the submission that the person wishes to appear in person, or be represented by a person acting on their behalf before a meeting of Council (or a committee of the of Council) to be heard in support of the submission.

Submissions form part of the public record of the meeting (including any personal information you provide) and will be published on Council’s website.
Following consideration of any submissions (if lodged), Council may resolve to discontinue, or not to discontinue, that part of Moola Court.
