The Mentor Partners Program is a free, confidential service where experienced, volunteer business mentors provide advice for local business owners.

We work on a variety of programs and partnerships which help businesses to reduce costs, along with their impact on the environment.

Kingston B-Well is a partnership between Kingston's Business team and Central Bayside Community Health Services (CBCHS).
The initiative provides free health and wellbeing information to any business in Kingston, including:
- Health training
- Wellbeing events, webinars and activities
- Corporate health discounts
- Health campaigns, fact sheets, posters and resources
- Tailored workplace health programs
