The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C215king to the Kingston Planning Scheme.
The Amendment comes into operation on 22 March 2024.
The amendment applies the Heritage Overlay (HO128) to 86 Mentone Parade, Mentone on a permanent basis.
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Transport and Planning website at planning.vic.gov.au/public-inspection or by contacting 1800 789 386 to arrange a time to view the Amendment. A copy of the Amendment can also be inspected, free of charge, during office hours, at the offices of the Kingston City Council, Planning Counter, 1230 Nepean Highway, Cheltenham and on the Council’s website kingston.vic.gov.au
