Roll for Respect - Roller Derby
Have you ever seen a roller derby bout and wanted to give it a try?
Come and experience this inclusive, competitive and dynamic sport and help promote equality and respect, on and off the field.
Springers Leisure Centre is also hosting a Roller Derby exhibition match between Kingston City Rollers vs Westside, so come along and watch the action!
This is a family-friendly afternoon and with activities for all ages including:
- Free food trucks
- Roller derby activity for beginners - bring runners and socks!
- Raffle entry with prizes from Bayside Blade and local businesses
- Face painting
- Bake sale and coffee
- Guest speaker Lauren Foote - Victorian Roller Derby League, 2017 World Championship title and 'Change Our Game' Ambassador
