Kingston Mayor Georgina Oxley has called on the Victorian Government to urgently deliver a genuine alternative direct and safe pedestrian and cyclist access link, following the closure of the Mordialloc Stabling Yard underpass by the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP).
