The Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) is an independent authority which regulates pollution and waste that might impact human health and the environment. This includes noise.

Noisy neighbours

Talking to your neighbour to find a solution often fixes any problem as they may not even be aware their noise is disturbing you.

If speaking to your neighbour has not fixed the issue, you can submit a complaint online or call 1300 653 356.

If the noise is happening after hours from people or parties, notify Police at the time of offence.
