Kingston City Council (Council) gives notice under Section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to grant a lease to Carestay Pty Ltd for the premises shown on the plan attached located at 10 Brindisi St Mentone (subject to the following principal terms and conditions (the Proposal):
- Lease Term: 5 Years
- Lease Option 1 further term of 5 years
- Commencement: October 2025
- Rent: $150,000 per annum plus outgoings and GST
- Annual Rent Review: 3% annual increases

In accordance with the Kingston City Council’s Community Engagement Policy as required by Section 115 of the Act, a person may make a submission on the proposal. A person proposing to make a submission must do so by the close of business Monday 29 September 2025.
A person making a submission may request to be heard in support of their submission. Any person requesting to be heard is entitled to appear in person or by a person acting on their behalf before a meeting of Council or Committee.
