Mordialloc Neighbourhood House hosts: your bike your skills

Next date: Friday, 03 October 2025 | 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Looking for fun spring or summer activities to do with your friends and family? Does your bike need a little tender loving care?

Thought about getting your bike ready as the weather warms up?

Drop on by for a free tune-up session with Brainwaves Bikes, free doughnuts (yes, we said FREE doughnuts!) and to learn more about how to sign-up for the national bike challenge, Biketober – an open, month-long event for riders of all abilities that can be completed in your own time or an organised ride, with many prizes, including $1000 cash and a $4000 bike holiday!

Master the basics of bike maintenance: keep it clean, lubricated, and in good condition.

Learn tips to getting your brakes, chain, and tyres up to scratch and learn how to quickly fix a punctured tube without prior experience.

This event is part of the City of Kingston’s Biketober event series and is hosted in collaboration with Mordialloc Neighbourhood House and Kingston Youth Services.

By registering for this event, you’ll receive a complimentary registration to Biketober.
