Infringement nomination statement

If you were not the driver at the time the infringement notice was issued, you must name the driver of the vehicle.

Use this form to

  • nominate the driver / owner of the vehicle; or
  • have the matter heard and determined in Court.

Please note: Subject to supporting evidence, only 1 nomination per infringement may be accepted by Council. To reject a nomination, please contact us directly on 1300 653 356.
