The sessions are suitable for families with babies from 3 to 12 months old.

Sessions

The first session is about the introduction of solids.

The second session covers food refusal, fussy feeders, and information about introducing more active play with your baby.

Sessions are held Wednesdays and Thursdays within the City of Kingston.

For more information and to book in please contact your MCH Nurse or call 1300 764 807.

New parent groups are for first-time parents and are a great way to meet and connect new parents in your area and learn new parenting skills.

Groups run weekly for 6 weeks in your local MCH centre.

You will be invited to join a group soon after your baby is born.
