Permits from other authorities may be required before registration is granted:

• Town planning permit - Please contact our City Development department on 1300 653 356 for information on planning permit requirements.
• Building permits: we do not issue Building Permits.  If a building permit is required, please refer to the Victorian Building Authority to engage a Registered Building Practitioner.
• Trade waste department - South East Water
• Energy Safe Victoria 
• Consumer Affairs Victoria
