Report dumped rubbish on Council land
If rubbish has been dumped on local roads, parks, reserves or beaches managed by Kingston Council, you can contact us on 1300 653 356 or complete an online form.
Report your concern
Please include:
- location
- type of rubbish
- date and time noticed
- vehicle details if you witnessed the dumping.
Report dumped rubbish on major roads
Major roads in Kingston are managed by Transport Victoria. Examples include: South Rd, Nepean Hwy, Warrigal Rd, Dingley Bypass, Clayton Rd, Westall Rd, Springvale Rd, Edithvale Rd and McLeod Rd.
If rubbish has been dumped on a major road or slip lane, report it to Transport Victoria on 13 11 70.
Report illegal waste dumping
If you witness someone illegally dumping rubbish, or the waste includes hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, oils, tyres or construction waste, report it to EPA Victoria on 1300 372 842.
