Report litter from a vehicle

If you see someone littering from a vehicle or near the vehicle they are using, you can make a report by completing Council's signed written report form below. 

To fully investigate your report, we will need:

  • vehicle details (registration number, colour etc.)
  • incident details (date/time, location, which person in the vehicle committed the littering etc.)
  • your contact details.

Note: You may be required to give evidence in court. Please only submit your report if you are willing to attend court.
