Councillors

The City of Kingston has 11 wards, each represented by one Councillor who is elected every four years by the community.

The Mayor is elected each year by the Councillors.

Local Government elections have just been held and counting by the Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) is now underway. Visit the VEC website for more information or queries about the Kingston City Council election.

Your new Councillors are expected to be announced by the VEC on 8 November, with the Mayor to be elected by Councillors on 13 November.

This page will be updated once Councillors for 2024-2028 are known.
