We're upgrading the play space at Bourke & Patty Reserve with:

• accessible basket swing, junior and senior swing
• nature play with rocks and logs
• sand pit
• timber tee-pee with shop counter and seating
• talk tubes
• mudstone rock edging
• combination unit for junior and senior children with slide and monkey bars, timber climbing structure, accessible carousel
• net ball hoop
• line marking for hopscotch and handball at existing basketball 1/2 court
• new agility area

The upgrade also includes works to the surrounding areas including:

• levelled grass kickabout area
• new concrete pathways
• social seating areas and new shelter with accessible picnic tables
• drinking fountain with dog bowl
• bike rack
• bins
• new mesh infill fencing along Patty Street
• magna latch pedestrian gate near playground
• new public footpath along Patty Street
• extensive garden beds and tree plantings.
