What are Condition 1 Plans?
When a Planning Permit is issued, it is either:
If Condition 1 of your Planning Permit says "Before the development and/or use starts, amended plans to the satisfaction must be provided to and approved by the Responsible Authority..." you will be required to submit amended plans to Council addressing the further requirements contained within the Condition, and as stated in the Planning Permit. This process is commonly known as "Condition 1 Plans".
Condition 1 plans are required to be submitted and approved by Council prior to the start of any use and / or development of the site.
Submitting Condition 1 Plans

Prior to lodging your plans to Council for endorsement, please ensure all requirements of your planning permit have been met. Should plans not satisfy all requirements, a fee of $150 will be charged for any subsequent lodgement of plans to Council.
When approved, Condition 1 Plans are to be read in conjunction with the associated Planning Permit. If there are any changes to the Planning Permit or associated endorsed plans, you are required to submit an application to Amend a Planning Permit or endorsed plans.
