Vendor and Performer Applications

Applications for food, beverage and performer applications for the City of Kingston's 2018/19 Festival Season are now closed.

Over the next 12 months Kingston will present two major festivals including the iconic two-day Mordialloc Food, Wine and Music Festival plus our annual much-loved Carols by Kingston event.

Our festivals feature a fantastic mix of musical performances, children's entertainment plus a diverse range of food, wine, market and community stalls.

Please note: This year the Globe to Globe World Music Festival and the Carrum Beats and Eats event (formerly Harvest Festival) are being rested.

All applications from food, beverage and licensed vendors are assessed against 6 selection criteria:

30% - Festival Theme
20% - Uniqueness and product range
15% - Professional presentation
10% - Kingston-based (local vendors receive a 10% advantage)
10% - Pricing (Food vendors 15%)
15% - Sustainability (Food vendors 10%)

Successful Vendors will be invited to participate in one or more Festivals and unsuccessful Vendors will be notified by email.

Notification dates:

Carols by Kingston: 30 September 2018
Mordialloc Food, Wine and Music Festival: 30 December 2018

All Vendors are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the entire process.
