Please make sure you name each of your files in the following format when lodging your documents:

Title of Document - Property Address - Applicant Surname.pdf

e.g. Section 80 Form-1230 Nepean Highway CHELTENHAM-Staikos.pdf

Note: An asset protection permit is required for all work that requires a building permit.
