Agendas are available online from 5pm on the Thursday before the meeting. iPads loaded with the agenda are available for the public to use during the meeting.

Planning Committee Meetings 

The Local Government Act 2020 empowers Councils to establish and delegate certain powers, duties and functions to delegated committees of Council. 

Council's Planning Committee meets from time to time to consider planning matters. When meetings of the Planning Committee are called, these will be held on the third Wednesday of the month at the same time and place as Council meetings.
