The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether an Application for Review with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal pursuant to Section 149(1)(a) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 should be submitted relating to the former Kingswood Golf Course development plan approval; and consider Role Statements for Councillors, and the offices of Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
