This project forms part of a substantial program to upgrade stormwater infrastructure across the Chelsea Heights area.
The planned network of pipes and pumps is designed to reduce flood risk, particularly in low-lying areas, and, with funding support, will help reduce the frequency and severity of flooding in key locations across the municipality.
