The Mentone Life Saving Club and surrounding precinct will provide improved services and facilities for the community for years to come.

We’ve partnered with the Victorian Government on this project to deliver this state-of-the-art facility and precinct.

The redevelopment works include:

Completed improvements

• New life saving club with a publicly accessible rooftop
• Changing Places facility
• Wheelchair-friendly pedestrian ramp
• Car park renewal
• Landscaping improvements
• Rainwater tanks and water-efficient fittings
• Solar panels and efficient glazing
• Naples Road storm water drainage and beach outlet upgrade

Improvements underway

• Playground and surrounding BBQ and picnic area upgrade
• Installation of Indigenous public art

Works are due for completion in 2024.
