The Beazley Reserve sporting upgrades upgrade will include the installation of 4 new light towers on the sports oval to bring it up to standard for night training and games during the winter season and ensure it is consistent with AFL Victoria and Southern Football Netball League Standards and include light spill management. Cricket net upgrades are also included in the project, including all new fencing to meet Cricket Victoria standards, new synthetic surfaces and associated works.

Energy-efficient fittings will be used throughout, and each light tower will measure 27 metres in height with 4 luminaires on each pole. The operational hours of the lights will be from dusk until 10pm.

This project is being developed in partnership with the Victorian Government. The funding will allow us to continue working with the Chelsea Heights Football Club to encourage greater participation in Australian Rules Football.
