The Sportsground and Facilities Allocation Policy establishes a clear framework for the equitable, consistent and efficient allocation of Council’s sports facilities, including sporting grounds and associated buildings such as pavilions, to support fair access, respond to seasonal and emerging needs, and promote sustainable management and collaboration with sporting clubs to maximise community benefit. The User Guide is to be read in conjunction with the Sports Ground and Facilities Allocation Policy and establishes the process and conditions for allocating and using sporting facilities for seasonal allocations and casual use requests, which all users are required to adhere to, and which will be reviewed regularly.
