Outlook Australia is a registered Australian charity and social enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals facing employment barriers, including people with disability and those experiencing other forms of social disadvantage.

Outlook Horizons offers a range of NDIS skill building and personal interest programs for school leaves and adults with disability.

Outlook Horizons offers flexible service options to help you thrive in work and life. We are committed to providing flexible and responsive service options to meet the changing needs of our participants.

Our goal is to continue to enhance and expand our offerings to provide diverse opportunities for personal and professional growth for adults with disabilities.

From NDIS SLES school leaver employment supports, skill building and work training, social outings and special interest groups, Outlook Horizons can help you build the life that you want as you look to the horizon.

Programs are currently based around the Cardinia, Casey and Kingston areas of Melbourne’s Southeast, with potential to expand to wider areas in future.
