The Chelsea and District Historical Society is a local community organisation staffed by volunteers. We were established in 1963 to manage a collection of artefacts and photographs and with the aim of encouraging enthusiasm for local history, Aspendale to Carrum including Aspendale Gardens, Chelsea Heights and Patterson Lakes.
