World Mental Health Day

This World Mental Health Day, we invite you to slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the benefits of spending time outdoors in Kingston.

Join us for a family fun activity at The Grange Reserve on Friday 10 October, at 5.30 – 7.30pm (refreshments start from 5.00pm) for a relaxed, nature trail activity.

Kingston’s parks and reserves are the perfect places to recharge. Spending time in green spaces has been shown to boost mental health and wellbeing and this event is a chance to experience that for yourself while connecting with your local community. Plus, you’ll learn more about our local wildlife and where to spot bushland creatures!

It’s a free event and open to everyone!

Spaces are limited, book your spot by contacting westallhub@kingston.vic.gov.au or call 9581 3050.
