Stepping into a committee role is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in your community. However, many new committee members are unsure about their responsibilities, how committees operate, and what effective leadership looks like in practice.

This free three-hour, in-person workshop will provide community group committee members with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to contribute effectively and lead with clarity and accountability.
