Our aim is to improve people’s quality of life by contributing to the social, physical, economic, educational and environmental well being of the local community.
We offer a diverse programme of activities including: Group based fitness sessions, Sing-a-long, Playgroups, Theatre Games - for kids, Craft groups, Meditation and other social groups and clubs.
