Family Secrets: Learn How to Be a Family History Super Sleuth

Thu 19 August to Thu 19 August  | 10:00AM to 12:00PM

This event has been rescheduled.

Are there dark rumours about your family history that you would like to uncover? This fun 2-hour workshop will introduce you to a range of Australian and UK crime records and help you to uncover your ancestor's wicked ways.

The workshop is designed for those who have begun a family tree or who are just starting out on their genealogy journey. This will be a hands-on workshop allowing you to investigate members of your family tree.

There is a wealth of free records and databases to explore, including free access to Ancestry Library Edition and FindMyPast for Kingston Libraries members. We will look at these and many other research sources.

Bookings are essential and can be made by phoning 1300 135 668, in person at any library branch, or by using our online booking service.

Visit our What's On page for more information on other events and activities being held at Kingston Libraries.
