For primary school children in prep to grade 6 who love art and craft!
This monthly club at Clarinda Library allows kids to get creative with a variety of art and craft projects. Enjoy designing, creating and using your imagination. No bookings required.

A monthly club at Westall Library for primary school kids where they can participate in and learn a variety of games, including board games, card games, online games, physical games, and various types of puzzles too. No bookings required.

Design, build, create and play at Kingston Libraries' monthly LEGO® Club!
A mix of guided and free play sessions to encourage design, creativity, engineering, sharing, and collaboration.
LEGO® Club sessions will run from 4-5pm @ Chelsea Library on the fourth Wednesday of each month and Cheltenham Library on the third Thursday of each month! Suitable for primary school age children.

Little Book Worms

A monthly club at Parkdale Library with activities related to books, reading, authors, crafts, puzzles, and simple games. No bookings required.

If you're aged 8-12 and enjoy playing adventure games, join us for Minecraft at Patterson Lakes and Clarinda Libraries!
Using a selection of specially crafted content maps ranging in difficulty levels for beginner to intermediate crafters, our sessions are aimed to teach a variety of skills to students from basic computer skills to problem-solving, working collaboratively with others, as well as how to be good cyber citizens all while having a ton fun!
We have limited places in our Minecraft sessions, so bookings are essential. Please phone us on 1300 135 668 or ask at your local branch.
Please arrive on time as places will only be held for 10mins unless prior notice is given.

STEAM Punk Junior Club
Explore, discover and create in the library!
A monthly club at Chelsea Library for kids in grades 1 to 4 which runs activities revolving around Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths (S.T.E.A.M.). No bookings required.

Storytime sessions are held weekly at all branches except Dingley and Moorabbin. Storytime is a free service suitable for pre-school children aged 2-5. Bookings are not necessary.
Sessions include stories, rhymes and songs and are usually structured around a theme (like pets or dinosaurs).
Storytime sessions will resume again the week of Monday 4 February 2019.

Auslan Storytime is incorporated into the regular Friday Storytime sessions at Cheltenham Library on the second Friday of every month.
Come and experience a visual language and join in for some stories and songs!
Auslan (Australian sign language) is the sign language of the Australian Deaf community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Saturday Storytimes last year! We had a wonderful time with you all and look forward to May this year when Saturday Storytimes return to warm up winter once more.
Come and enjoy songs, rhymes, stories and finger play with your little one. Enjoy the company of other babies and parents in an entertaining twenty minute session. Get first choice of new books for toddlers and babies.
Tiny Tots Storytime is suitable for children aged 0-24 months.
