All Victorians are encouraged to contact the Police Assistance Line on 131 444 or visit the Victoria Police Online Reporting Service to report non-urgent crimes and events.

Beach Emergency Markers

Council has installed Emergency Markers along the Kingston foreshore to help Emergency Services find you. Each marker has a unique code which you should quote if you dial 000.

Graffiti

Council offers free graffiti removal kits and wipes to Kingston residents and businesses. Kits are available from Council’s Customer Service Centres at Chelsea and Cheltenham, and Westall Community Hub.

Kingston Council also has a graffiti removal trailer and an experienced operator that can assist not-for-profit community groups remove graffiti. If your community group is interested in removing graffiti from a community space, please contact the Social Development Team on 1300 653 356.

Theft

Theft of/from vehicle is often preventable by securing your vehicle and removing all of your valuables.

Council also offers free one-way screws to secure your number plate. Collect them from Cheltenham Customer Service or the Westall Community Hub.
