Playgroup is fun!
Playgroups bring young children, parents, families and communities together to learn and develop through play and social interaction. Playgroups help parents and caregivers build social and support networks that encourage and assist them in their valuable parenting role.
Playgroups help families to have fun, relax, build friendships and allows families to enjoy this precious time with their children while they develop and grow.

Community Playgroup
A community playgroup is usually run by parents for parents so that mums, dads, grandparents and care givers can meet together with their babies, toddlers and preschool children for social interaction, learning and fun.
Community playgroups are held at many different venues including community halls, kindergartens, schools, churches, homes or anywhere people meet.
For more information about joining a community playgroup in Kingston see the Playgroups and Toy Library list or email playgroups@kingston.vic.gov.au.
Playgroup Victoria also provides information and support for community playgroups.
