Browns Reserve Drainage Pump Station Upgrade

Melbourne Water have commenced works to upgrade the pump station at Browns Reserve on Mordialloc Creek.

Temporary fencing has been put up at the site and access to the northern shared user path has been blocked during necessary pump replacement works.

Two pumps have now been installed within the site compound and these temporary pumps are to enable us to conduct bypass pumping whilst the current pumps are decommissioned and removed.

In the coming weeks we will commence excavation works to remove the current pipework and replace with new. These pipes will run from the pump station and connect with Mordialloc Creek..

Melbourne Water apologises for any inconvenience.
