At Waves we are here to look after all your fitness needs, for every stage of your life including before, during and after pregnancy. 

Belly Fit Mums

Designed for all levels of fitness, this class focuses on core strength, balance and body tone. It's a great way to stay fit throughout your pregnancy and then get back into shape. Quality fitness professionals will run the session and will incorporate cardio, weight resistance, pilates and yoga principles. 

  • Class is held in our gym group training room
  • Class content changes on a weekly basis to cater for individual requirements
  • Medical clearance is necessary to participate, download the form provided, bring to your first class and have a quick chat to the instructor about yourself.

Aqua Natal

Water based aerobics class designed for all levels of fitness. This fun class will help keep you in shape during and after your pregnancy. Specially designed to allow women to exercise during and after pregnancy qualified staff will guide you through an informative and enjoyable program. 

  • All equipment is provided but make sure you bring a water bottle
  • Medical clearance is necessary to participate, download the form provided, bring to your first class and have a quick chat to the instructor about yourself.
