Group Fitness

Group Fitness is the perfect way to increase and maintain your fitness on all levels. Whether you want to stretch it out with Yoga or Body Balance, Box your way through a class,  or strengthen and stabilise your body with Body Pump, there is a class that will suit your needs:

Spin Classes

  • Indoor Cycle Program - Cardio style workout with an option for controlling your own individual workload
Aqua Classes
  • Aquacise - Develop your fitness, toning and strength in the water
  • Deep Water Running - Fast, high intensity aquatic exercise with flotation weight belts and running techniques
  • Aquanatal - Specially designed to keep women in good shape for both pre and post natal
  • PLUS 55 Aquacise - Specifically designed for older adults, fun and social water exercise.
Wellness
  • Body Balance - A holistic fitness program combining yoga, tai chi and pilates
  • Pilates Focus on developing core strength, joint mobility and flexibility
  • Yoga  - Hatha, Iyengar, Satyananda and Gita Yoga promoting a balance of mind, body and spirit
  • Tai Chi low flowing movements designed to develop your mind and body in harmony
  • Barre - A dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness
Group Fitness
  • Body Pump Body sculpting barbell class will change the shape of your body
  • Body Combat - Combines martial arts with energetic music to give you an intense workout
  • Body Attack - A high intensity class with non-dancy easy to follow moves to make you fit! Express is a 45 min format
  • Body Combo - Combines your favourite resistance and martial arts based classes into one. Body Jam  Groove class with dance and aerobics moves
  • Body Jam - Groove class with dance and aerobics moves
  • CX WORXTightens and tones core muscles (30 min class)
  • PLUS 55 Circuit - With a variety of exercises our instructor will take you at your own pace to get a full body workout
  • PLUS 55 Body Tone - offers a stronger low impact workout, concentrating on specific muscle groups, whilst promoting bone density
  • PLUS 55 Strength & Stretch - Combination of step, strength training and flexibility
Small Group Training
  • Group PT A fun cross training session that will work your whole body
  • Core - An intense and rewarding 20 minute class targeting the abdominal region
  • Boxing - Boxing techniques to help build your fitness fast
  • Kettlebell - Build strength and power utilising a weighted kettlebell
  • Bootcamp - Cardio and body weight bearing exercises for all fitness levels in outdoor environment
  • Belly Fit Mums - Pre and Post Natal class focusing on core strength, balance and body tone

Enjoy your class...

  • Towels are compulsory in all classes
  • Ticket MUST be collected from Customer Service prior to commencing a class
  • Late entry to classes are not permitted
  • All classes have limited numbers
