KINGSTON ACTIVE APRIL

Active April encourages all Victorians to do 30 minutes of physical activity a day in April

Waves and Don Tatnell in keeping your community active will be offering Free Selected Group Fitness and Free Swim Entries.

On Offer

  • Free Selected Group Fitness Sessions

Programs for or all ages and abilities (16+)

Participant may register for FREE 1 session of each type and up to 5 sessions in total.

Booking's essential please contact Waves on 9559 7111 to secure you free session today  

  •  Free Swim Entry Every Friday(excluding 14th April centre closed) between 1:00pm – 2:00pm

Participants are required to mention Kingston Active April on Entry for Free Swim

Group Fitness Session Details

Group Fitness is the perfect way to increase and maintain your fitness on all levels. Whether you want to stretch it out with Body Balance, Spin your way to fitness,  or strengthen and stabilise your body with Body Pump, there is a class that will suit your needs:

Classes denoted in Blue are suitable for participant over 55 years of age.

Spin Classes

  • Indoor Cycle Program - Cardio style workout with an option for controlling your own individual workload

 Aqua Classes

  • Aquacise - Develop your fitness, toning and strength in the water

Wellness

  • Body Balance - A holistic fitness program combining yoga, tai chi and pilates

Group Fitness

  • Body Pump - Body sculpting barbell class will change the shape of your body
  • Body Jam - Groove class with dance and aerobics moves
  • PLUS 55 Circuit - With a variety of exercises our instructor will take you at your own pace to get a full body workoEnjoy your class...

Aqua Classes
  • Aquacise - Develop your fitness, toning and strength in the water
  • Plus 55 DWR - Fast, high intensity aquatic exercise with flotation weight belts and running techniques

Wellness

  • Body Balance - A holistic fitness program combining yoga, tai chi and pilates
  • Barre - A dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness

 Group Fitness

  • THT - Tummy, Hips & Thighs is a toning and strengthening workout concentrating on buttocks, abdominals, hips and thighs
  • H.I.I.T - High Intensity Interval Training that will take you into overdrive
  • PLUS 55 Body Combo - A combination of low impact cardio based and muscle toning exercises in a fun, social group environment.

  • Towels are compulsory in all classes
  • Ticket MUST be collected from Customer Service prior to commencing a class
  • Late entry to classes are not permitted
