News>Kingston invites applications for Youth Festival Grants
| Kingston City Council is seeking applications for its Youth Festival Grants Program.
The program encourages the involvement of the local community in events and initiatives for young people by offering grants of up to $2500.
The annual Kingston Youth Festival coincides with National Youth Week from 5 to 14 April next year.
Council encourages applications from incorporated non-government/not for profit organisations, schools, community groups, and young people and student groups authorised by their school or incorporated organisation.
Funding guidelines and application forms are available at http://kingston.smartygrants.com.au/YouthGrants2013or by calling Kingston’s Youth Services team on 1300 36 94 36. The closing date for submissions is Friday, 7 December, 2012.
