Patron's must pay a $1 non-refundable fee upon request. This fee will be added to your library record and must be paid on your next visit to a library branch.
Charges
Once a request has been received by Kingston we will attempt to obtain your item from another Public Library, however in the event that it can only be obtained from a University Library, staff will contact you before proceeding with the loan.
Inter-Library Loans from public libraries will incur a $6.00 charge once received.
Inter-Library Loans from university will incur a $16.00 charge once received.
