| Class Descriptions | | Aqua: A class of choreographed movements in the pool. Designed for the over 50s this is very low impact. Monday and Thursday classes are more vigorous. Stretch: Series of land based gentle stretching movements. The aim is to increase flexibility, mucsle suppleness and postural awareness. Circuit: Class conducted in the gym, using a variety of cardiovascular and strengthening exercises in a group environment. Living Longer, Living Stronger: An individualised strength training program endorsed by the Council of the Ageing (COTA). You must book for a fitness assessment before starting this program. |  |
