The car park at Cheltenham Library offers 26 x 2 hour parking spaces. Access via Stanley Avenue.
Street parking is also available with 3 hour spots on Stanley Avenue.
Three disabled parking spaces are available in the Cheltenham Library car park by the ramp entrance to the building.

Kingston's Community Bus service provides transport to Cheltenham Library every second Thursday at 1:00pm (excluding public holidays) to promote the health and wellbeing of Kingston residents most in need of transport support.

Returns can be made to Cheltenham Library 24/7.
Items returned to Cheltenham Library during opening hours can be done using one of the internal return chutes located inside the library at the side of the loans desk nearest the library entrance, facing the magazines.
Items can be returned to Cheltenham Library after hours using one of the external return chutes located to the left of the Cheltenham Library building entrance.
If you can't make it to any Kingston Libraries branch to return your items, and they are eligible for renewal, you can renew your items online by logging into your library card here. Alternatively, you can call the library on 1300 135 668 during hours and speak to a staff member to renew your items over the phone.
