Active Junior Fitness

Gaining fitness through FUN!

Our kids programs are about participation and providing children with an opportunity for physical activity in a fun and non threatening environment. Children explore a range of different games, activities and exercises and besides enjoying the health benefits of regular exercise kids who are physically fit are better equipped to handle physical and emotional challenges.

Our trainers continually update and research the latest industry information to provide the best programs possible. Our main purpose is to teach the students to be active and find practical, effective ways to lead healthy lifestyles.  

K-FIT  (8-11 year olds)

Wednesday 4:00pm to 5:00pm - school term based

Activities include a combination of indoor and outdoor games, coordination activities, strength, flexibility, balance and basic fitness exercises.

TNT - TEENAGE NUTRITION TRAINING  (12-14 year olds)

Tuesday 4:00pm to 5:00pm - school term based

Sessions are structured to develop teens strength and fitness according to their growing bodies. Teens will prepare their bodies fir the demands of sport, improve confidence and gain knowledge for a healthier future.
