Group Fitness


Group Fitness is the perfect way to increase and maintain your fitness on all levels. Whether you want to stretch it out with Yoga or Body Balance, Box your way through a class,  or strengthen and stabilize your body with Body Pump, there is a class that will suit your needs:

Aqua Classes
  • Aquacise - Develop your fitness, toning and strength in the water
  • Plus 55 DWR - Fast, high intensity aquatic exercise with flotation weight belts and running techniques
  • PLUS 55 Aquacise - Specifically designed for older adults, fun and social water exercise.

Wellness
  • Body Balance - A holistic fitness program combining yoga, tai chi and pilates
  • Pilates - Focus on developing core strength, joint mobility and flexibility
  • Yoga  - Hatha, Iyengar, Satyananda and Gita Yoga promoting a balance of mind, body and spirit
  • Barre - A dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness

Group Fitness
  • Body Pump - Body sculpting barbell class will change the shape of your body
  • H.I.I.T - High Intensity Interval Training that will take you into overdrive
  • H.I.R.T - High Intensity Resistance Training for a great overall body workout without impact
  • THT - Tummy, Hips & Thighs is a toning and strengthening workout concentrating on buttocks, abdominals, hips and thighs
  • PLUS 55 Body Combo - Combines your favorite resistance and martial arts based classes into one. Body Jam  Groove class with dance and aerobics moves
  • PLUS 55 Circuit - With a variety of exercises our instructor will take you at your own pace to get a full body workout
  • PLUS 55 Strength & Stretch - Combination of step, strength training and flexibility

Small Group Training
  • Group PT - A fun cross training session that will work your whole body
  • Core - An intense and rewarding 20 minute class targeting the abdominal region
  • Boxing - Boxing techniques to help build your fitness fast
  • Flex Ability - A stretch session to help with mobility and flex ability
  • Belly Fit Mums - Pre and Post natal class focusing on core strength, balance and body tone

  • Towels are compulsory in all classes
  • Ticket MUST be collected from Customer Service prior to commencing a class
  • Late entry to classes are not permitted
  • All classes have limited numbers
