News>Make your mark and go in the draw for an iPad2
Kingston Council is offering chances for the community to make their mark on a high-level document that sets the agenda for the next 25 years in Kingston and go in the draw to win an iPad2.

| Council is giving the community opportunities to name the Community Vision project, vote for the best name and have a say in the consultation process.
The Community Vision project is an exciting initiative that will outline the hopes and dreams of our community over the next 25 years in the municipality, while serving as a reference document for Council decision making.
We want to get the community involved as much as possible, so we’re asking for name ideas and for people to vote for the best name. The name needs to represent the theme and feeling of the document, with a future-focus that will inspire people who read it.
All valid entries and votes will go in the draw for an iPad2. The author of the selected name will also receive recognition. Entries close 30 January 2012. | |
| Some of the names suggested so far include: |
 | Imagine It, Voice It, Life It – Kingston 2030 | | Project Kingston 20/25 | | My Kingston, Our Future 2035 | | Kingston Can |
|
|
| A consultation process for the Community Vision project will be officially launched with the winning name in February 2012 and consist of broad community consultation, including online events and community forums.
