Waves has a group fitness class for everyone at a time that will suit your lifestyle. Come in and check out what we can offer you.

Group Fitness Classes
Body Pump: Resistance to Rhythm! This body sculpting barbell class will change your shape.
Body Combat: This class combines martial arts and aerobics to give you an intense workout with powerful moves.
Body Attack: An inspiring, high energy class combining strong athletic moves and energetic music. Get in shape fast!
Body Balance: A holistic program combining elements of yoga, tai chi and pilates.
Body Combo: Your favourite resistance and martial arts rolled into one class.
Body Step: Cardiovascular program using a height adjustable step.
Body Vive: An accessible, multi-discipline workout with a retro beat designed for mature members and first time group fitness participants.
Hardcore: Challenging core and abdominal workout using swiss balls.
Circuit Training: A 45-minute interval circuit using Keiser air resistance equipment. Great cross training.
Boxercise: Pack some punch into your workout. Uses boxing skills, floor to ceiling bags, speed balls, heavy punching bags and more.
Fab Abs: Intense and rewarding abdominal training.
Belly Fit Mums: Pre and Post Natal class focusing on core strength, balance and body tone.

Wellness
Yoga: A synthesis of hatha, Iyengar, satyananda and gita yoga to promote a balance of mind, body and spirit.
Tai Chi: Slow flowing movements designed to develop your body and mind in harmony.
Pilates: A class focused on core strength, joint mobility and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
 
Aqua Fitness
Aquacise: Suitable for beginners and intermediate level. Ideal for developing fitness and toning in a fun aqua environment.
Aquacise Plus: Aquacise with added challenge. For those who have mastered Aquacise.
Deep Water Running: A fast, high-intensity aquatic program using flotation weight belts and challenging running techniques.
AquaNatal: Specially designed to keep women in good shape for pre and post natal (must have medical clearance to take part).
