|  Access Care Southern provides services to care for people in our community. We provide practical support for people who are elderly, living with a disability, their carers and people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Our services are available for people in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We work in the cities of Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Port Phillip and Stonnington.
