(a) Please contact the Planning Department to confirm if a planning permit is required to build on any such allotment directly on 9581 4131. (i) If so, then please use the above Planning Permit Application form to apply for permission to Build within a Prescibed Flood Area '01 Planning Permit Application Forms and Fee Schedules' or; (ii) If not, then please use the following Flood Prone Area Regulation 802 application form instead '01 Application To Build On Land Liable To Flooding Reg 802'.   Other Building Department Forms   Swimming Pool & Spa Safety Barrier Rules   Council administration staff are not empowered to address technical matters regarding swimming pool & spa safety as introduced by the State Government in 2010. Rules regarding pool & spa safety barriers are now very complicated as only selected elements of the Australian Standards pertaining to swimming pool & spa safety now apply in Victoria, where others do not.
