| In order to use this service you must be a registered member of the Kingston library service and have a valid email address. To become a member, simply visit one of our 8 branches. Photo ID must be shown to join.
This form is not intended for members wishing to renew borrowed items. Members wishing to renew items can do so by accessing our online catalogue, visiting one of our 8 branches, or by calling us on 1300 135 668.
