Kingston Council has announced its $173 million Draft Budget for 2013-14, which focuses on improving services, delivering $44 million in capital works, maintaining $2.4 billion in community assets and ensuring Kingston residents continue to pay less than the average Melbourne metropolitan rate bill.
Kingston City Council will offer its Collins Street depot site in a new approach to establish a modern building for residents of its Northcliffe Lodge Aged Care facility, and ensure high quality residential aged care services in Kingston for future generations.
Some of Australia’s top country, bluegrass and rockabilly artists – including Adam Brand, Carter and Carter, Lloyd Spiegel Duo and more – will perform under the big top at Kingston Council’s 2013 Harvest Festival on Saturday 11 May from 11am to 11pm at Roy Dore Reserve, Carrum.
